Caribbean Poker Codes and Tricks
Internet poker has become globally celebrated lately, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game events. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back quite a bit farther than its TV ratings. Over the years several variations on the original poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to vingt-et-un than traditional poker, in that the gamblers wager against the house instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little bluffing or different kinds of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up just before the croupier declares "No further wagers." At that instance, both you and the house and of course every one of the different gamblers attain five cards each. Once you have looked at your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you need to in turn make a call bet or surrender. The call wager’s amount is equal to your beginning ante, meaning that the risks will have increased two fold. Giving Up means that your wager goes instantly to the house. After the wager comes the face off. If the casino does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, with an amount on par with the initial bet. If the house does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The dealer pony’s up money equal to your wager and controlled expectations on your call wager. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a four of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
